Ingredients:

·1 glass warm water – promotes hydration and digestion

·1 tsp fenugreek seeds (methi) – helps regulate blood sugar levels

·½ tsp cinnamon powder – improves insulin sensitivity

·1 tsp amla juice – rich in vitamin C and antioxidants

·½ tsp ginger juice – supports digestion and reduces inflammation

·Few drops of lemon juice – alkalizing and helps in glucose control

Method:

1.     Soak fenugreek seeds overnight in ½ cup of water. Strain in the morning.

2.     In a glass, mix the soaked water with cinnamon powder, amla juice, ginger juice, and lemon juice.

3.     Stir well and consume on an empty stomach in the morning.
