Ingredients:

·1 cup cucumber – hydrating and low in calories

Method:

1.     Wash and chop all ingredients into small pieces.

2.     Add cucumber, pineapple, ginger, mint, lemon juice, and water to a blender.

3.     Blend until smooth. Strain if desired, or enjoy as is for added fiber.
