Best Drink for Liver Health | Natural Detox Water | Gut-Healing & Anti-Inflammatory               

Ingredients:

1 small piece of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory, supports bile production)
1/2 lemon juice (alkalizing, detoxifying, vitamin C boost)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder OR 1/2 inch fresh turmeric (anti-inflammatory, liver-protective)
1/2 tsp honey OR 1/2 tsp organic jaggery powder (natural antioxidant, supports gut bacteria)
1/4 tsp black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother) (supports liver enzymes, alkalizing)
1/2 tsp flaxseeds (soaked overnight) (rich in omega-3s, flushes out toxins)
1 cup warm water OR herbal tea (like dandelion or green tea) (enhances liver detox)     

Instructions:

1.In a glass, add grated ginger and fresh turmeric (if using).
2.Pour in warm water or herbal tea and let it sit for 2 minutes.
3. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, turmeric powder, black pepper, and honey/jaggery.
4.Stir well and drink it on an empty stomach for best results.
