Ingredients:

·½ cup plain curd (yogurt) – rich in probiotics for gut health

·1 small beetroot (boiled & peeled) – loaded with iron, folate, and antioxidants

·1 cup chilled water – helps maintain hydration and balances digestion

·¼ tsp roasted cumin powder – supports digestion and reduces bloating

·A pinch of black salt – adds flavor and aids electrolyte balance

·Mint or coriander leaves (optional) – add freshness and natural detox support

Method:

1.     In a blender, add the boiled beetroot and curd. Blend until smooth.

2.     Add chilled water, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and mint/coriander (if using). Blend again until frothy.

3.     Pour into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of cumin powder or herbs, and serve chilled.
