Ingredients:

·1 cup coconut water – hydrating and rich in electrolytes for skin hydration

Method:

1.     In a blender, add coconut water, cucumber, beetroot, apple/orange, and ginger.

2.     Blend until smooth. Strain if desired for a lighter texture.

3.     Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes to allow them to swell.
