Ingredients:

·1 cup coconut water – naturally alkaline and hydrating, helps neutralize stomach acid

·1 tsp chia seeds – rich in soluble fiber and soothing for the digestive tract

·½ tsp fennel seeds (saunf) – aids digestion and reduces bloating & gas

·½ tsp ajwain (carom seeds) – relieves indigestion and acid build-up

·1 tsp fresh mint leaves – cooling and soothing effect on the stomach

·Juice of ½ lemon – alkalizing once digested, balances pH levels

Method:

1.     Soak fennel and ajwain seeds in ¼ cup warm water for 15–20 minutes.

2.     In a blender, add soaked seeds with water, mint leaves, lemon juice, and coconut water. Blend well.

3.     Strain if needed. Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving.

4.     Enjoy cool, ideally on an empty stomach or between meals.
